Many kiltshops in Scotland have ex rental and/or 2nd hand kilts for sale.
Must be lucky to find a Saltire though (Royal Stewart, Black Watch, Cameron of Erracht and some others are pretty easy to find).
A kiltshop in Drumnadrochit (near Urquart Castle) had a huge amount of 2nd hand kilts in stock....maybe give 'em a call?

I changed the title from Saktire kilt to Saltire kilt. Hope you don't mind. I really like the Saltire kilt, so if there is a good source for second hand or ex rental ones, I may have to look as well.
just wondering if anyone can tell me where i can get a saltire kilt package in the sale or even ex hire, I live in lanarkshire and have a wedding beggining of next year and i would like to buy the saltire kilt for this.thanx. p.s I am a newby to forums. So Hi all
i am sure the person who brought out the saltire tartan, has a shop in Hamilton, check thru Yell.com and on e-bay you may get what you want.

Tyne Tartans in O'Connell Street, Hawick, recently had a saltire kilt on display but I don't know whether its only available to buy as a new item or also as a second hand ex-hire kilt, as they sell quite a few ex-hire kilts.
