Thanks for posting all this info, the kilts, flashes, and shoulder plaids look just great, as far as the fabric coming from Walmart and JoanFabrics. It doesnt matter where you got your fabric from, it matters what you do with it, and they
are both wonderful outfits, congratulations again on a job well done.
