    Up high for me

Box or knife, wool, poly-viscose, acrylic or poly-cotton---I wear mine up high. As I recently mentioned to Josh at NeoKilt, I used to be a "hippy" but I've gotten over that. I like a 2" rise!

    Kilt Survey

I have a mixture of plan and tartan kilts, but only one of them is a traditional high-waist. I prefer the kilt to sit on the hips, like trousers. All too often I see wedding parties and the like with the kilt dropping down to the hips, so that the hem is below the knee.

    ditto...

If I'm wearing a solid contemporary, it's down where I wear jeans. If I'm cutting the grass in a Casual, it's down low.

If I'm wearing a Premier or 5 yarder, it's around the naval or an inch above.
