To bring this thread back to its original theme........ (Oooooooo-oooooh!) Like Ron, I have a white UK Workman's model which I've had almost four years and, with regular washing it has kept its good looks - I have never added bleach to the wash; just regular washing powder. I also have a white woollen kilt from "21st Century Kilts" in Edinburgh. This one needs dry-cleaning, but only after several wearings.
Can I help it if I am not a messy eater or drinker, or if I take care not to get my clothing grubby??!
