look to your left or to your right. Both sides of the forum are the Xmarks tartan. If you want to see the tartan as a kilt, check out some of the pics from this past weekend at Feritosh as I am sure there would be one or two good shots.

Thank you. Before I made the final decision for my first kilt, that background made me think seriously about something in blue. That may very well be my next kilt if any is available when I am ready for that purchase.

    Thanks again!!!

There are many photos of this tartan. The background on this site is the tartan, but to see a couple of pictures of a finished kilt, there is no-one better than Ham!

This is an enlargeable swatch from my British Gallery, I believe my X Mark kilt pics are on page 1.

Ham does have some great close ups.

As you look at various X Marks kilts check out the bottom white line. Different kiltmakers treated this line differently. Some went with it, some hid it. A decision to make if you decide to get one.

From our Nor Cal Burns' Night Supper here is the X Marks Tartan in three kilts each pleated differently:

To add to Ron's notes, the colors of the last run are more of a blue/gray tone (deep) and the brighter blue is more of a deep royal.

    I really like the tartan!
