In the fabrics section look for the 7 - 7.5 oz Poly/Cotton Twill.
It kilts up quite well. Resists wrinkling very well. Is resonable in price (even though you may have to pay $10.00 for a roll-down).
Super nice folks.
The link is dead. I was looking forward to having a look around.

Oh my, some of those are purdy... But is the weight heavy enough for a kilt?

For the navy blue X-Kilts I just bought cotton/poly twill from an ebay vendor.
But at this point if you haven't started sewing, you are out of time. It's JoAnne's or your local fabric store, or nothing. 6 X-Kilts?. by the 17th? You can do it if you don't do anything else! LOL
If they don't have a dark blue cotton/poly twill, try bull denim.
