TWO ARMS? or many email?
Perhaps, there could be another email capaign to protest the unauthorized use of David's countenance. Maybe a hue and cry from the RABBLE will get him some sort recompence. I wonder if there could be free kilt in Freelander's future. I would freely send my thoughts.

You're a dark horse, David. Who would ever have guessed you'd been to Australia to pose for photos for a kilt sales site?
Seriously though you have to wonder why they had to pinch this picture rather than making an original one of their own.
I wonder if they knew that you were an xmarksthescot mod and that by posting their link on here you would give them lots of worldwide free publicity for a kilt shop which few if any of us had heard of before..

Hold up lads... I'm not annoyed just flattered. Although money would be nice I have written saying that if they had asked I would have said yes.
My wife thinks it's great she took the picture.
Lads I can't thank you enough for all your kind comments...To think about being compared with Sir Sean and James Bond. or just plain dashing....I'm truly thankful.. aqnd a little touched (Although many say I am a little touched )

You know David, not to be the party pooper, but if it were me I would ask them to take it down if there is any conflict of interest. After all, you and Sten Rune are the faces of Freelander Sporrans. The kilt community is fairly small and this could be seen as you endorsing this firm to people not in the know.
Perhaps the fee for the use of the picture is that they will need to order 3-4 freelanders for use with the Ghillie outfit they offer for their kilt hire. I am not sure what the model (who knows whose site that one came from ) is wearing, but surely he would look better in a freelander.

Excellent Suggestion, all couched in the most diplomatic business-speak, of course.

Oh, well done David! However, I'd not be too happy at being compared to Sean Connery - he was recently acknowledged as being one of the worst-dressed Scots personalities around, and I've thought that for years!!
You know me well enough to be confident that I would never attempt to steal your thunder (frankly, your thunder is the last thing I'd want. Ooaaagggh Mate!), but a few weeks ago, I found this whilst checking my bookmarked websites:
http://www.cornish-tartans.co.uk/kilt_sales.html
My situation differs from yours, however, as I was asked if I would mind supplying a photo or two for their new catalogue. I must send for a copy!
