    My lady agrees with you. I just got this email from her after sending her pics.

    SHARP with the black and with the gold. My new favorite kilt. Glad I am extremely tired (yes, STILL at this place, getting ready to sack out in my office) cuz' those backside views of you just inspire the heck out of me.



    So hey, black works for me, though it does overpower the flashes a bit. And that bodes well for my black USMC jacket with the Leatherneck tartan.

    Outstanding Kilt, Ron.

    I also think the black looks best, and I think it may also go well with a nice dark forest green. I believe that is the green in the Tartan.

    Outstanding Devil Dog! The pleating looks flawless. I prefer a navy blue or black. With the blue you can wear red flashes similar to the blood stripe on the dress blues. I have Leatherneck tartan flashes and plan on getting red just for that reason.

    you are so modest, USMC 65-66, i'd call that vietnam era, not cold war, give credit were credit is due. oh ya great looking kilt, kathy is in my neck of the woods, should look her up, am considering a new kilt this year myself.
