I was trying to think of the name of some other brimless men's caps other than the beanie, watch cap, and the fez.
Suggestions? (Pics would be nice too.)

I'm just going by what they are commonly called. I didn't name them. Call it a do-rag if you don't like the term skull cap. Either way, I've had no luck finding one, but thanks everyone for their input.

Skull caps for me have always been like bandanas but I don't know if that is what he is looking for. If it is try a motorcycle shop that sells Harley like bikes you might get lucky

The toque (with a nod up north)! Of course, that then gets into a whole new discussion - the watch cap/toque/sock hat/tobaggan/stocking cap thing.
Just have to love regional dialects and names!
