OK, I vote Kornbread to be the Southeastern Regional Enforcer, the one to call whenever anyone gives you crap about wearing a kilt. And he's only a few hours drive from Asheville!

Good to put a face with the name.
The kilt looks very much at home in the plains of Georgia.
Seeing all those tall pine trees inspires memories of heading down to the beach. It's like Pavlove's Dog.
