A drop of rubber cement works well.

Actually Loctite comes in a few different strengths, blue which is the "removable" and red which is the "permanent". This being said either one can be easily removed with a bit of heat applied to the screw head (i.e. Soldering Iron)

A simple, elegant design well-executed. I like the pebbling of the elk grain. Is that a stiff-tanned leather, or did you cover some veg-tan with the elkskin?

The flap is veg-tan covered with elkskin.

The pouch itself has a stiff tanned 8oz veg-tan front

and the elkskin is a removable/changeable cover. I also have a beaver fur cover for it.

Also have a couple more covers in the works.
