Sounds like the perfect day to wear my "Canada looks better every day" tank top.

Will no doubt sing O Canada! and The Maple Leaf For Ever and will wish I had some Bargs Root Beer at hand to celebrate but since MacDonalds stopped serving it over here that's unlikely *sigh*.

Barq's root beer is from Louisiana.
Every day is Canada Day in my office, as I have my Canadian Red Ensign displayed above my desk!

Maybe so but I associate it with Canada as that is where I first enjoyed it!

Love the shirt, but what's that attached to your arm and why is it wearing my kilt? Oh crap that's Steve, modeling my kilt before shipping it off to me!

Sounds like everyone has plans well sorted out already. I also hope that most will have sobered enough to celebrate July 4th in reciprication!
Chase, keep your a** down and be careful. We will all hoist a second glass in your honour.
Be safe all.

I will be in Baghdad wishing I had a Maple Leaf kilt and a cold beer (any brand at this stage, although I'm partial to Kokanee) and ducking Sniper fire, IED,s, SAF, RPG's, and the ever-so-deadly EFP.
Happy Canada Day - Please raise a glass and say a prayer for me, as I will be thinking of all my fellow Canadians and my new X-marks family.
Respectfully,
Chase

Chase,
Keep your head down and take care. I will bend an elbow and say a prayer for you.
God Bless and keep you safe.
