Didn't get the hose. It was a stretch for me to convince the wife to let me get this. I kind of went out of my "allotment" a bit. I wish I could have pulled those off too. They're VERY sharp aren't they? I just heard back from the seller and it's shipping Monday. He also mentioned having worn it for piping (as I originally suspected.) Not sure who was in the photo. But, I think Barb was on the money with the "highland dancer" thought....

I sold the Honda Rebel to fund the bagpipes a few months ago. Though, I'm still working at the PC. The pipes are tucked away in my closet, right above the kilts.

Nice snag. I don't own a 4yd. box pleated kilt yet (as you do) but I can assure you an 8yd. tank is a very significant garment. It wears you. I hope you enjoy it. I know I sure like mine.

Looking good Bradley! We are all looking forward to the obligatory pictures and review!
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

The kilt looks good. I checked the other but it's just a bit too long. Dang it! Enjoy your new tank.

I know what you mean. 26" would have to be worn up at the nipples for me And, I'm not even sure it would be at the top of my knee then. ha!

I LOVE the pleating. That's what finally swayed me to "pull the trigger."

did you get the hose with the kilt?
Edit... didn't read your post closely enough. Try to go back to the guy in a couple weeks to see if you can get the hose too. They won't do HIM any good (unless he gets anoth kilt withthe same colors) and he may be willing to part with them for a song. Ask him what SIZE SHOE he wears though. They may be too small for you.
BUT... a nice set of Argyl hose can really set off an outfit.
