Doubtless he used his "sgian brew" to open a beer bottle, which he then broke, and used to saw through the bonds.
I keep telling you guys---you need to use CHAIN!

That was pretty much how I escaped my bonds, except you forgot the part where I drank the beer first before breaking the bottle.

Why sir, twould be a shame and a sin indeed to waste a fine brewed beer. Besides, after captivity, doubtless you needed the energy it provided!

...a shame to waste a fine brew?
...just use a light beer next time...

Panache, you look smashing in both those pics. Would that I would ever that much class in a kilt.

My only advice is read everything that Hamish writes and study his gallery with care. If you differ from his take on kilted outfits make sure it is your personal choice and not just a mistake.
Cheers

Just in the working stages with MacHummel at CCK for a black kilt. Trying to decide on 12 oz wool or soft cotton duck. I'm swaying toward the wool so I can wear it with a t-shirt and sandals but also dress it up with a jacket and tie. If I go with the cotton duck material it would be strictly for casual but it would take a beating and I would worry less if it got worn in. They are better the more worn in they look.
I was thinking camo but I changed my mind and am going to get plain black first. My wife is ordering a hip hugger mini in camo so I may go with the opposite and order the wool. She will definitely look better in the camo than I would anyway.
The duck cloth kilts is a little more than you are looking to spend but it is a custom made garment. The wool is even more but wool isn't cheap, but it is the very nice fabric. You sometimes get what you pay for and usually get a lot more if you pay a little more.

Looks more like he needs a black mask,a sword and a white horse. Can we say, "Kilted Zorro"
