What fun Alan!
There have to be kilt related doctoral thesis' lurking about campus....improved productivity from kilted employees....the current kilt fashion boom and how it parallels women's efforts to wear pants at the office...improved sperm count when infertile men kilt up...kilted comfort for paraplegics...how wind effects kilts of various weights and construction...improved highway safety of kilted drivers....
