Congratulations. I have a grown son and a daughter, and both are wonderful in their own ways. Keep us posted as things progress.

But, . . . uh, I think you have to plan NOT to have tie breakers. It's more of an active thing, I believe. Not so much a lack of planning as it is planning not to have it happen, if you know what I mean.

I have a book you can read if you like. It's not the water, and you'll be really shocked when you find out where babies really come from.
