A good idea for sure, but let us know how practical. I bought something similar sized from Duluth Trading. Problem I had was the thickness actually made it hang funnny and when I sat it didn't lay right due to the thickness.

It also had a similar front snap dealie, but because the bottom half fell away when opened it always took two hands to resnap it.

I gave up on mine after test wearing it. Hope you have better luck.

What is so cool is to always be looking for things to adapt, even if sometimes our great ideas don't work out.

It looks like a bag my wife bought at AAA before we went on vacation. Pocket for this and that and passport and money blah blah blah. Hers is black. lots of zippers, Shoulder strap. Too hard to use, too many pockets.

I am, but then I’ve been told I look like one of the Smith Brothers! – the ball team, not the cough drops. For you younger guys, think of the Smith Brothers as sort of ZZ-Top with a ball and bat.

I solved that problem, by putting brown leather tassels on one of my nightstalkers, that way I can mix browns and blacks with impunity.

And we (well some of us) already know that the nightstalker works fine. It’s my most used sporran!
