Wow,
I have also just found this post, and I am VERY interested in adopting her, as I have both the running land for her to be happy, and the companion, as I also have 2 purebred male Beagles and 1 female Boxer to make her company.
And I live close enough to Atlanta to make this doable.

Hector - I wish you luck! I currently don't have the space for an airdale but I had the good fortune to care for one for about a year while his master was away on military duty. I LOVED Andy - he was a marvelous companion. Gosh, I'm getting a bit choked up thinking about how much I miss him! I better go now...
