Very very cool thing to do, he looks great and I love the kilt pin. Where did you get it from I am a huge New Orleans Saints fan and would be tickled to have one like it.

Thank you. I made it. We can probably find a way to get one to you.

not a bad looking kid if I do say so myself..now if he would just stop growing....13 yrs old and is almost 5'-10" and they say he will top out at 6'-4".
Does anyone here know what tartan the Civil Air Patrol wears? or do they use the air force tartan since they are the civilian branch? The kid is in the Color guard for CAP and I would love to get him a tartan for CAP functions.

I was always the shortest person in 8th grade...and I'm the teacher! It was always great having the tall boys around because they would always reach things that were out of my reach (at 5'1", most things were out of my reach!). You brought back some happy classroom memories for me!

Good looking family ya got there. Good on ya for buying the boy his own cloth. SWK sure does make it easy, huh? I just bought my 2 year olds first kilt from Jerry. It's good for the fathers to bless their children, especially when it comes to traditions that are always cool.
Cheers and blessings to you and yours!
