I'm new to the area and would love to make it, but I'm booked for the 8th. I'll make the next one (hopefully).

Maybe this will help folks find MacCrackens and give a bit of an overview in terms of foods, beverages, and the atmosphere

Those from our neighboring states are certainly welcomed!
Hope all in the area will spread the word, bring friends and new recruits. Any Celtic, kilt or similar businesses in the area that should be notified?

I do wish I knew more folks across the region with a shared interest so that I could get on the phone, use emails, or any other means to acquaint them with what we are doing. Personally, I would love to have kilts overflowing into the square and to drain the taps!

About 253 people have viewed the thread here regarding the Atlanta(Marietta) get together, so there is certainly an awareness! How many come is up to the individual, but those who do will enjoy a great time. I have tried to make those with an interest in kilts and all things Celtic aware including those with interests in kilts, fellowship and (hopefully) some with musical abilities, especially the traditional instruments. Hopefully, between now and then some word of mouth and internet contacts will help to spread the word. Whatever the number, the wife and I will be there to enjoy MacCrackens, a pleasant evening, and some good company.
