    I ended up cruising into the local Goodwill and found a jacket that'll work. I also saw an entire cart full of new uniform shirts with military pleats sewn in in a few colors donated by our local PD/FF/EMS supplier for $2.50 a pop!

    If they have the military pleats and the epaulets I am just drooling. My Kilty just ruins his shirts by putting pins in the collar tabs and over the pockets.
