I too would like to give it a read. I refuse to be critical, as I know very little about William Wallace, so any knowledge would be an increase.

I like the term "slacked"
But it's easy to do in school. I'd say that the poor paper may have done something that the professors didn't intend........ It may just have taught you something. 
Don't PM me the paper, but re-do it untill you like it, and then post it!
Good luck on your tests- I hope you didn't slack on the preparations. With finals, you tend to make your own luck!
