Man I know how you feel. I'm jonesing for a Newsome. I thought the wait would be 16 weeks, which would have me receiving it exactly today. I found out a bit ago that the wait is more like 5 months, so, in 5 weeks, maybe I will finally be done.
AGH the jones!

For sure Jay,
I'm just VERY VERY VERY glad he's busy and occupied up in Portland...not down here!

Ron - It takes someone from the Southwest to appreciate tales of ol' coyote. For me it brings back the stories from nights around the camp fires on the Havasupai and Hualapai.
Thanks for bringing those memories to the front again.

It is a bit humorous, especially since the customers know each other well enough to fix the problem.
Hey, everyone makes mistakes. The sign of good customer service is how well they fix the mistake.

Yours is nice too, Dale, but about 3" too big! I received it just hours after getting your PM, and I resent it last night. I wouldn't count on it for Christmas, but you should have it for Hogmanay.
They sent me the wrong scarf, though - MacIntyre instead of Mackintosh. I was sort of laughing and crying at the same time. They were very apologetic and have said they will compensate for the postage, which I am happy with. I've been very pleased with B & S in the past, especially with my wife's mini-kilts .

What a great co-incidence that both recipients knew each other.
All's well that ends well.
Looking forward to seeing pics of these new kilts once they reach their correct owners.

Personally, I think this story is pretty funny! I'm sure everybody will get their appropriate kilts sooner rather than later!
