Ten metres should be almost eleven yards.
If it is double width, and ten metres long, you can get three kilts out of it, two unbroken lengths and the third one joined, or a great kilt and two small (adult) ones.
There might be enough to make a baby's kilt from the centre of the cloth, depending on what length you need to make the adult kilts.
