I might go just to see the stuff to buy. I'm kind of wanting some kind of celtic earrings and I have a feeling they might have that stuff being sold. I'll wear modern casual kilt with scrunchy hose and hiking boots just to be stupid.

I strongly suggest going one of the weekends when Syren is performing. That's some of them behind me, in my icon, from last year's fair.

That's not a problem, since they should be performing 3 shows a day every day the festival is open.

Not at this Ren fest. You May be thinking of the Scottish games they have in Mesa every year.

Unless we go opening weekend, we won't be going to the Ren Fest this year. They jacked up their ticket prices again. Now it's $20.00 per person, except for opening day when it's 2 for 1. I like the Ren Fest, but I'd much rather spend $29 for the family to attend the Highland Games than $60.00 to attend the Ren Fest. If we go opening weekend and find someone to split a 2 for 1 with it works out to $30.00 for us to go to the Ren Fest.
