Galician,
The main performance was the "State of Massachusetts", which is a commentary on the Commonwealth's Department of Social Services. A State agency that has been renamed by most of the residents as "Does Stuff Stupid" as like all government bureaucracies likes to use its initials. Their range of music is from the darker side all the way to very light Celtic fare.

I didn't know the song, but I did live in Boston many years ago, and worked for an agency which the DSS (not sure of their name then) contracted to provide services to their clients. So I know a little of their workings.
