Bagpipe Resurgence Comes to the U.S

In Houston we have a bagpiper factory called The St. Thomas Episcopal School. Instead of a marching brass band, it's the pipes and drums. Tradition dictates that the girls may only learn Highland dancing. The pipe band has been world champion several years over in the juvenile ranks.
