So if anyone speaks Gaelic or can find a good translation website please let me know. Also if you could include how to say it phonetically (sp???) I'd appreciate it.

The saying that I would like translated is

    "Watch My Beer"

Pretty simple eh? Yeah I know, but it's a tradition between the Sonoran Scotsmen that you don't leave your beer unattended. If you have to go to the bathroom or outside to smoke, you make sure that someone watches your beer, or everyone will drink it.

Any help would be great. Thanks everyone!

"Keep an eye on my beer" - it reminds me of my late friend Michael Scott who was asked to do that, and so when the bloke came back from the loo he found a beer-mat on top of the tankard with MS's glass eye on it (he lost an eye in WWII).

That's hilarious. Very well played on the literal translation.

These two websites might be very helpful for some of you.

French - Scots Gaelic translator .... actually allows you to select English as the source language.

Scottish Gaelic translation ... this site charges.

    Slainte,

Hey Kris there are times we barely understand each other in English and now you want to say it in Scottish. I am going to have to stay more sober or go to the bathroom less.

Actually I do say it how it was instructed in this thread on occassion, but since most people in the group think I've just been hit over the head or something and forgot how to talk, I don't bother very often. However it does make for a nice clan motto.
