...so my daughter walked in with a contest that was in her monthly guitar magazine...it's a simple drawing: you send in your name and they pick a winner. HOWEVER...there is some kind of a qualifying thing that applies only to anyone living in Canada who is the person whose name is selected. Something about their having to also answer a quiz question based on their mathematical knowledge. What gives? Is there some kind of law in the Great White North that says that you can't just win a simple drawing or...
