I'm curious what everyone likes to watch on British TV and why.

My Family
Spooks (MI-5)
Father Ted
Vicar of Dibley
Doc Martin

And a couple I just discovered and just started watching:

Hustle
Shameless

I'm sure there are others that I've forgotten to add to the "watched" list.
