Yes, what a treasure! I appreciate it, especially as I had the only existing photograph of my G-Grandfather, only to have it destroyed in a fire.

What!!?? An historic picture of a non-American, non-piper in a Glengarry cap? How can this be?? 
Only kidding, of course. I'm very fond of the Glengarry and wear one myself; however, you hear people say this is only for soldiers, pipers, or Americans who don't know any better. Thanks for sharing the great photo!

I would suggest that he is probably an old soldier, and that he is probably wearing his old military glengarry and kilt.
