The one you saw on EBAY is a great price if all you are looking for is decoration.
However, if you are looking to get into re-enactment any of the sites folk on here have pointed you to would be much better for something battle ready.
If you tried to use the EBAY sword you'd be putting yourself and others in grave, grave danger
It is very pretty, though.

Try the basket hilt from Paul Chen/Hanwei, it's a historic one and it isn't to expensive, but no cheap one. Sometimes you can buy it in ebay, so not every basket hilt found in ebay is cheap ware

I couldn't put it better than Arlen.
There are decent swords on eBay made by Chen, but this sword is for hanging on a wall. Preferably far from people's discerning view.

Also if you are not worried about breaking the bank, I recommend http://www.angelsword.com
I have a blued bright knight that will cut through almost anything you put in front of it. Hand forged by a master blacksmith in Driftwood, Texas.

If you are looking for a reinactment sword be sure it is carbon steel (stainless steel is dangerous/will break easily) and with a full tang.
