    Great Thread - Please put the pictures back in.

    Old thread I know, but I stumbled across this and thought it was fascinating.

    Chris (Redshank), is there a possibility you could put the missing pictures back into the thread. I'd love to see both your kilt and the old photo.

    A very fitting tribute I'm sure. Thanks for posting this.

    Boy I don't know how I missed this thread the first time around but I must agree with John - I'd love to see the missing photos.

    Quality hand sewn doesn't come cheap, but then it will outlast my lifetime, and proberly the next generation, so what price do you put on an heirloom.

    That's really something. Beautiful kilt, and how much more can one appreciate it knowing the background on the tartan and the kilt itself! Thanks for restoring the photos.

    Nice story, but some albeit not all 100% correct. The tartan you have there is NOT the Sandbag tartan - although similar, it was never that red/orange colour.

    Great looking tartan! I have to stop looking at this section because it makes me want more tartans everytime I see one I haven't seen before
