Funny, funny story. I wonder if her stomach was trying to tell her something!

BTW,great looking outfit. That tie goes well with your tartan.

That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

The necktie was purchased last year from www.ties.com for eight bucks American. It's a silk blend if my memory is correct and makes a nice noose.

The jacket was my off-the-rack woolen Argyll. It was an early evening ceremony, so heat wasn't a consideration.

Besides, my drummie would've gone into an apoplectic fit if'n I worn a jacket that didn't match his.

    Somewhat related....
This was a rather large hootenanny. The bride's parental units seemed to have well-stocked coffers. The interesting point is, the more ritzy the receptions are, the less likely we're asked to join in. Guests will often insist we remain, but they ain't paying for the reception.

It's the more modest affairs where those that hired us insist upon on us staying to indulge in the food & adult beverages.

We weren't asked to remain this past Saturday evening.

    Slainte yall,
    steve

The wife and I were hitched in Jamaica and our Rev had the thickest Patois accent, didn't understand a word so did my vows phonetically. In the subsequent years both the battleaxe and myself have checked that unfortunatly an Island wedding is legally recognized up here in Canada!
