Would that not be 2p or even 1p?
But hey, t-shirt in (or out, your choice), boots w/ hose scrunched down and no flashes. Reggie is your choice but a heavyweight (16oz) wool kilt will not fly up like a lighterweight PV kilt. But trust us you'll not be the only one there dressed thusly. Big thing is to have a blast.

I wear ankle length socks with short lace up boots in warm weather. Tee shirts, tucked in most times. So long as my wife and kids aren't too concerned, I don't much care about other people's opinions.

A rugby shirt looks better out IMO, but T-shirts look better tucked in.

I tuck the t-shirt in, I don't wear hose if it's hot out, tennis shoes (or something comfortable), but I keep the belt and sporran on. but that's me.

You guys ROCK!!!
I'll be wearing my acrylic SWK blackwatch to the Celtic Jam I think, and yeah, I will probably be shedding the tee eventually anyway. I really appreciate all the advice guys, I look forward to being a part of the community.
Thanks again!!! (anyone else planning on attending Grandfather Games this coming weekend?)

For me the shirt is always tucked in. Often times I wear boots with socks pushed down.

As above, my few times with a tee/boots is tuck and scrunch. Or tuck and sandals lately.

My T-shirts go tucked in; your mileage may vary. I do find that in summer, the shirt helps wick moisture out so that my waistband is drier and cleaner. If possible, leave off the belt & you'll stay cooler.
If you wear boots, socks may be up, scroonched down, or regular crew socks. You can wear sandals, if you prefer! although in a crowd that may be dangerous to the toes.
