I bought a denium cut UK I am not satisfied with it. When I tried to send it back and replace it with a black mocker, the rep said no problem. Then he failed to give me the information on how to return it. So I had to call him again to get an RMA nr. So not knowing any better I washed the kilt.And when UK recieved it, I got a call that I should not have washed it.
The rep failed to give me this bit of info. So now I have the kilt again and I had to pay for its return. So I will not be buying any kilts from them ever again! And I think their customer service is terrible. I think that their reps in the return dept need to have a script in front of them to avoid any miscommunication and not give out any bits of info a little at a time.
