So, are you going to save up your pennies and get one?
Yes, I believe I will. Of all the beautiful tartans out there, I don't think I'll see myself coming and going in this one.
Well, it didn't work out quite that way.
With thou$and$ in back taxes to pay, I haven't been able to save anything! But I got a little unexpected bonus in my paycheck this month, and instead of doing the sensible thing and paying more [or saving], I ordered a BT casual! Oh, and a closeout brown belt from SWK and cream hose from USAK. What's better--our own budding kiltmaker Mein has consented to make some BT flashes for me, too!
Now I've got to count my pence to see whether there's anything left over for shoes.

    Congratulations, Aldisimo. Good birthday present.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Yes - I hope Aldisimo gets his in time for this convention that he, my friend in FL and I are attending in April. It'd be a hoot to have us three in one pic with this tartan kilt on!! Watch out for that!

    A "Sleuth" of tartan bears?

Would a group of bears in tan trench coats be a "Shamus" of Bears?

    Cheers

Now you've gone and done it! I was trying to quietly anticipate receiving my BT, but the thought of that group photo now has me in full, raging jones-mode!

Friends of LGBT often show their support. I have realized that this is a bit like a clan tartan, and can relate somewhat to what many of the Scottish members of the forum express about their own clan tartans now.
