That's a great tartan. It's got a lot of the same green/red/white as my MacGregor kilts. I may have to try black with mine now. I've always gone with white or green.
Edit: The exception is my avatar. I wear a black sweater. It's my only sweater. I bought it as part of a pipe band uniform when I lived up north.

Ron, great looking combination. Yes it is great that wearing a tartan kilt (ANY tartan) can put you in touch with family/clan. That it works in your part of the world is even better.
