From Toronto, Ontariio, Canada. I think Moosedog has it as far as the Great Kilt, I've tried a great kilt once, I used the following instructions which may be of use explaining how to wear the top part of the Great Kilt.

Very cool. It is the only Ren faire i've ever attended. How does it rank in your opinion? And do you have any recommendations of other faires to attend? I live in Buffalo NY. The stirling faire is about 3 hours away...
