I don't know about the Marpat kilt, but I do know that Stillwater Kilts (another advertizer on this site) has a couple of really nice belt buckles with the globe and anchor.

Oh yeah, welcome to the board.

Welcome, and Semper Fi. You'll find quite a few jarheads hanging out around here.

And we're all glad to have another on board.

    Welcome and Semper Fi Marine,

Had a Desert MARPAT that I "outgrew" and passed on. Was sewn up by Jeff Morneweck at the now idle Pittsburgh Kilts. This fabric didn't have the EGA though.

Sorry the pic's not that good, left over from my disposable camera days.

Jeff also sewed up a Forest MARPAT for me. This did have the EGA in the
fabric...but alas, I "outgrew" it too.

Whatcha need to getcha someday is a hand sewn Leatherneck tartan wool kilt like this one from Kathy Lare, who is also from a Marine family.

Kathy's husband Rob also makes up Sgian Dubh's from replica mini KaBar's

If you're looking for quality work with the MARPAT fabric Steve at Freedom Kilts is your man for sure.

"I'll have a kilt please, a nice hand sewn tartan, 16 ounce Strome. Oh, and a sporran on the side, with a strap please."
