Great photos, Arlen! You certainly have taken to the region quite well.
I love the shot of Einar in the snow. We also have a black cat, but she will barely poke her nose out the door before running inside where it's nice and warm. LOL

Whew,
Everything looks fun until that last picture.
Arlen came pretty close to getting his butt whupped by geese. They are mean.

Now that looks like fun. My wife and I may go snowshoeing this coming weekend up near Aspen.

So that's what one does in Boise when it snows!? Thanks for the pics. It's easier to buy a goose at the store for Christmas dinner.

Hehe, I used to like cc skiing, but I haven't done it in a few years. I have the skis in the garage all ready to go, but I need new boots. The ones I have have pretty much fallen apart from briars and brush rubbing against them. I have been downhill skiing often over the last few years, so my money went into that lol.

Very nice shots, Arlen. I will be headed to IN for the holidays, hopefully there will be some snow!! But thanks for sharing the beauty of a white-covered Boise.

Arlen,
I can’t get over how much snow appears to be in the city park. I hiked up at the X-Country ski area two years ago, very nice place.
Those Canadian Geese live there year round, because they were there in the summer and I was able to see some of their babies.
I awoke this morning to three to four inches of light continuous snow and it is supposed to snow until 1400. I am awaiting word if our pheasant hunting trip is postponed or cancelled.
