Not to hijack my own thread, but if you seriously want to lose the weight pm me.

OK, so it's not Skype-enabled "watch me pleat," but here's a really badly lighted shot of Geoffrey's khaki fabric about to go under the scissors.
And you thought we were kidding about the flamingo!
Sorry if the view of sunshine and outside thermometer reading ~70F is upsetting to those of you in the Frozen North

An American Heritage Casual from USA Kilts,
A navy blue with red pleat insert kilt from Celtic Warrior,
A khaki casual kilt from Flamingo Kilts,
Snake garters from Celtic Warrior, and
a custom leather job from Oconee Leather Works
I can make it.

So here is an update:
The American Heritage Casual from USAK is somewhere between here and there, according to the Postal Service tracking left NJ (why it was in New Jersey I am not sure, NJ is NOT between Pennsylvania and Maryland) Thursday night.
The khaki casual from Flamingo Kilts is finished and should be shipping Monday.
Haven't heard status on the Celtic Warrior kilt yet.
Got the snake garters, and I like them, I'll comment on an existing thread
And got the sporran wallet from Oconee, and have commented elsewhere.
I'll post pictures when they get here.
I have to stop myself from looking out the window for the mailman - oops forgot gender neutral terminology, the personperson.

I'm there with you... I have on order a Wolfe and Colorado state tartan kilt from Scotweb, and will soon be ordering an Isle of Skye and something else (either Black Stewart pleated to the sett or a Scottish National) in casuals from USAK. I just have to wait to get my tax return for those... That should happen very soon. Oh, it's a pain waiting. We can make it if we stick together...

Man, again... I feel your pain. I realized I was getting bad when I tipped 420 two years ago. I now am down to 290, my legs and arms are cut and solid, but I can't seem to get rid of my gut!! I do 100 pushups a night, 150 situps, I hike, and am involved in two different styles of martial arts. I'm actually in really good shape! It's maddening! Ah well.
OK- done hijacking.

The American Heritage was on the porch when we came home this evening from a day of running errands. Just tried it on, and it fits wonderfully, and the shipping wrinkles just fell right out. Will try to get pictures posted tomorrow. Great job, Rocky!
