    On a happier note...

I went ahead and ordered a SWK, thrifty kilt in Black Watch tartan, and a nightstalker sporran, just for around the house and quick runs to the store!!!
Placed the order Saturday evening, received confirmation that it was ready to ship this morning!!!!! Next on my list to purchase, and no this does NOT mean Im giving up on kilt making, lol, is the Nightstalker tartan!!!

Maybe not so fine, but definitely a physical form. Good luck on your efforts to reduce. We should all be more conscious of our health. I dropped from a 36 to a 32 waist, and over 20 pounds when I started riding my bike to work every day. That was about 5 years ago. Today. I ride 20 to 25 miles every day, year around. 2 years ago come April, I bought a new commuter bike and it now has over 13,350 miles. When I ride to the office, I carry my office clothes in my backpack and change when I get there.

This also reminds me of a chance meeting with a couple of my female co-workers a few years ago. I always use the stairs instead of the elevator and they were huffing and puffing up one flight. One remarked that they needed to get into shape. I replied that round is a shape. They got a good laugh from it and said that they needed to use that line.
