Unfortunately, it is a big club, growing bigger.
I have been told to find another School District for next year. That's a seniority list for you. The only Teacher in my District with a double science certificate (Biological Scienc and Geoscience), Teacher of the Year last year and this year, and I'm the one who has to go looking.

Hang in there, all of your trials will be for your good (it just isn't any fun going through them).
