I missed this thread before. We are carrying Tyger Forge buckles in the museum gift shop now, and I've started a thread about that here.

These are really nice pieces. You just can't beat the look and feel of hand-made products.

Very nice indeed, I am a trifle ham-fisted to do repousse' (Mongo smash through thin metal). So, I am doubly impressed when I see good work.

I figured that anybody- me, for instance- who belonged to the Order of the Dandelion (for example, me) should have a Dandelion belt buckle (brass and copper and glass, copyright 2009):

Not to be left out, my wife encouraged me to make for her a Tyger Forge Dandelion Shawl Pin (brass and glass, copyright 2009):

The centerpiece can be either hand-dropped glass, or a stone (agate, marble, jasper, epidote) from Scotland. I used glass here, because it looks so good in daylight. A piece of marble from Isle of Iona would look fantastic, as it is mostly yellow-green and white, a real stand-out.

The women's shawl pin is forged in a single piece of thinner gauge so that it weighs much less than the buckle.
