Ah yes, based on your K-Mart experience I would say that you got the "full mountain experience." It is beautiful country though and thank you for sharing the pictures.

I drove down in one shot it took 16 hours after dealing with the border etc. so on the way back we decided to take two days to come back up. Once we crossed into Canada we decided to take in Niagara Falls as Catherine had never seen the falls before. It was as always an awe inspiring experience being there.

And now it's my turn. LOL! It was a good trip back to Franklin. My Mom really liked Glen. It was also neat that I got to visit Franklin in tourist mode rather than as someone who grew up in the area. There were of course several other places that I would have loved for Glen to have seen in the surrounding area, but with friends, family, and Loch Norman games, it'll have to wait for another trip down. Which hopefully will be flying rather than driving.

I hope to go back to Niagara in May when it's spring and do a whole day trip and maybe an overnight stay because they have fireworks in the evening.
