Ya, thanks, DWFII; those are good links. I'll have to look at all the other stuff, too.

Note that in the Gentleman's Emporium link most of the 'models' are wearing cravats, or bowties or even some regular...do they call them four-in-hand...ties. So you can kind of see what that kind of tie looks like with the various necklines and collars.

There are a whole bunch of waistcoat styles at that first link. I'm not done reading through them, but there is a Highland style waistcoat listed.
