Is Molly's on River Street? Many's the great time I had on that boulevard of fun and debauchery! Anyone remember the old "Night Flight Cafe"...?

the Night Flight has quite a reputation, but it was gone before I came to Savannah. Molly's isn't on River Street; it's near the City Market area on Congress Street... it's actually in the location of Paula Deen's original Lady & Son's restaurant which has now moved to bigger digs.

I'm sorry...I just saw this and I couldn't resist...the smiling bartender in the back is Mike, and while you can't see it, he's in his black original UK.
It looks like you all had a great time. Wish I could have been there. I'll try to make it next year.

It was a blast. We're hoping you'll be able to make it next year. We're talking about a June kilt night; any chance you'll be back on this way by then?

Seems to me I do recall those very words being uttered but specifics elude me as to their author... ah, well, another senior moment.

I haven't scheduled my return yet. I don't think it will be June. Might be July. Might be August. (I have yet to have the time to review the schedules for my next projects to know anything yet.)
