Having watched the UEFA and the Premiere league this year I really can't call this one... I just hope for something settled on the pitch instead of the penalty shootout like last years.

Hopefully both clubs play to their potential and attempt to win instead of trying not to lose.

careful if watching by video tonight... major spoilers

my word, but united were just dreadful. the first ten minutes were some exciting football and the ronaldo free kick looked smart, but the early eto'o goal really took the wind out of their sails.

park and anderson were bollocks; carrick wasn't far behind. the entire united side played like a big girl's blouse. ronny's heart was in it, but he just can't take the game on his shoulders every night, can he?

hats off to barca, though, for winning in style and not sitting back with ten men behind the ball to defend the lead. the xavi cross for the messi header was class. crap defending on both goals, though...

if someone has to win, it might as well be barcelona...
anyone but real madrid...
