    My kilt is in the Nevis range. Haven't heard about its being stain resistant, but I'm glad to hear it is. I was thinking about ScotchGarding it, but was afraid to do so lest it be ruined It does repel water pretty well; though I suppose any wool would. In any case, I have no complaints, and you'll probably be quite happy with the results Matt can give you.
